AP Supervisor

Job Description:-

Our client, a leading international investment bank is in need of a account payable clerk/supervisor to cover the ever expanding day to day operational requirements of their Dubai office for up to 3-6 months.
The role will include:

• Checking of expense claims and invoices against allowable authorities
• Liaison with suppliers
• Entering data to the SAP accounting system
• Completion of transfers and organization of the internal approval process
• Cost analysis and other control and maintenance duties

You will be required to have:

• Experience in Accounts Payable, preferably with a Bank but not essential
• The ability to work with limited on-site supervision in a small team
• The ability to use your initiative The role is manageable to suit someone wanting to get back into the workforce on a part-time basis or who has family commitments during the beginning and end of the day.
