Job Description:-
A leading Oil company based in Dubai seeks a high caliber candidate to join the HR function as Compensation and Benefits Manager.
With at least 8 years experience in design/administration of C&B programs, the ideal candidate for this role with have both GCC and Oil and Gas industry experience. You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of management and be familiar with all the concepts, practices and procedures involved in this type of work.
