Job Description:-

Our client is a full service Islamic Investment Bank, founded in 2004 and headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain with an international presence in the USA, the Middle East and Asia. Through a clear focus on innovation, professionalism and integrity, the Bank endeavours to be a leading global provider of Shari’ah-compliant investment banking products and services. The Bank are now seeking a suitably experienced Capital Markets Executive for their new operations in Riyadh, KSA. 

Reporting to the MD, Head of Capital Markets & Institutional Banking, you will support the implementation and execution of the Bank’s Capital Market Activities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will identify prospective clients within the Kingdom and will participate in & support market development activities, visits & calls to existing clients and prospects. 

You will build the organisations’ activities in Debt / Equity raising through Sukuk or Syndicated Facilities, Refinancing & Capital Structuring, Ratings Advisory and developing capital markets structured products.

 With a minimum 5 years relevant experience within a major financial institution, consulting or ‘big 4’ firm, you will have: 

• A successful track record in winning mandates, closing and executing transactions
• Appropriate qualifications (CA/CPA, MBA, CFA, etc)
• Relevant Middle East experience, particularly in KSA
• Strong marketing & analytical skills
• Fluency in Arabic & English
