Partner/Director - Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services

Director: 40,000 - 45,000 SAR per month plus bens


One of the Big 4 international consultancy firms is looking for qualified and experienced accountants to join their Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services team. This is 2 positions.

The sucessful candidates will be responsible for developing the strategy for the Internal Audit and Risk Compliance Services and the Accounting Advisory Services in line with overall Advisory strategy. Develop market opportunities, driving penetration of market across private and public sector organizations to grow both business lines. Full responsibility for Risk Compliance across all lines of business.

Main responsibilities: IARCS/AAS, Management, Business Development and Client Management

Main requirements: Degree educated from a reputable institution, ideally with a further post graduate qualification in finance
Qualified accountant ACCA/CA/CPA /CIA
Strong internal audit & accounting experience
Well rounded Corporate Governance and Risk & Compliance experience is a must.
Proven record inn dealing with C level, audit Committee and Boards
Fluent in English, written and verbal
Proven Big 4 experience

Minimum experience: 12 years for Director, 15 years for Partner, including 7+ years with the Big 4.

Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
