Job Description:-

Our Client is a leading corporate advisory and investment firm with an extensive record of M&A and advisory transactions across the MENA region.

The firms Head Quarters in Riyadh is seeking an experienced accountant to join their finance team.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the firm's team and senior members of the Legal Department in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, MOUs, LOIs and other legal documents
• Assist senior members of the Legal Department in identifying external legal counsels
• Assist senior members of the Legal Department in drafting and executing legal corporate documents such as shareholders’ resolutions, amendments to articles of association, and share transfer agreements
• Interact with the other relative departments within the firm and ensure no legal concerns are unanswered or not addressed;
• Assist in advising the firm on basic Saudi legal issues including: corporate law and labor securities, litigation and other areas;
• Assist the firm and the managed funds in ensuring that all documents with the relative authorities are properly filed and up to date
• Take compliance related responsibilities

The successful candidate will need to have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in law from the GCC
2. J.D or L.L.M. from a reputable university
3. 1-3 years of experience in a top international law firm or in-house role with focus on: Corporate and commercial law; Capital Market Law and relative CMA Regulations; Experience in dealing with various governmental bodies such as SAGIA, CMA and MOCI; and Exposure to private equity is a plus.
4. Being fluent in English and Arabic is a must
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills
6. Able to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds
7. Hard worker and strong work ethics
