Job Description:-

As Head of Corporate Development you will act as an advisor to the CEO of this major investment bank. You will be responsible for reviewing and analysing the bank in terms of organisation, business strategy, performance and opportunities.

You will be responsible for evaluating new business segments, determining performance enhacing strategies and the development of short and long term strategy.

You will be accustomed to presenting at the most senior levels of organisations and have strong presentation and communication skills.

As amember of the Bank's management committee you will be accustomed to making significant strategic decisions.
