Head of Asset /Portfolio Management is required in this newly established Middle East based bank headquartered in Bahrain. You will have considerable asset management, portfolio management experience and be able to interact comfortably with UHNWs.
This newly established bank is looking to hire an experienced Head of Asset Management to lead this process within the bank. You will have a blue chip track record in asset management. You should have in depth knowledge of stocks, bonds, FX, alternatives, and open ended funds.

You will be an experienced market analyst who will act as a financial planner for HNWI and UHNWI. Your market and investment research ability and experience must be outstanding throughout your career.

In addition you will have a global understanding of the investment market place and have the ability to establish excellent relationships with third party product advisors.
We are looking for an individual who has the credibility to establish himself, his team and the bank as a trusted financial planner to UHNWs in the Middle East. You will not be expected to act as a salesman either in identifying clients or pushing products.

The bank is a recent start up backed by a multitude of first class institutions. The existing management team is a multi national team with considerable international experience.

The position is based in Bahrain which offers a very pleasant unrestricted lifestyle and excellent weather for most of the year. Bahrain offers excellent international schools and has a wide range of sporting facilities to suit most tastes.
