Job Description:-
A top Middle East investment Bank has received approval from Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) to commence operations in the Kingdom.The Client will provide the Saudi market with an integrated and comprehensive range of Islamic investment products and services, with the full support and depth by the established Islamic investment bank headquartered in Bahrain.
The Client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Equity professional to work closely with the Deputy CEO and MD&CEO in Riyadh and the PE team in Bahrain. Responsibilities will include;
Duties:

Sourcing, analyzing, and proposing controlling equity investments in middle-market companies across a range of sectors and industries throughout Saudi Arabia

assessing the viability of business plans and for identifying potential acquisition, recapitalization, as well as M&A opportunities
-
monitor/make recommendations on committed investments
-
Working with leading industry and private equity fund managers to validate their hypothesis regarding industry opportunities through acquisitions of existing platforms or the creation of new roll-up structures.

Identifying, analyzing and screening new investment opportunities and build a pipeline of companies to monitor.

Performing quantitative and qualitative predicative analysis - identify key trends, target companies, and the competition within an industry.

Conducting primary research on targeted sectors and assess the viability of the sector.

Drafting investment memorandums and proposals for review by the investment committee and coordinate due diligence.

Developing relationships with funds, lenders, senior management of middle-market firms.

Identifying and developing new relationships through participation in local, regional and national trade associations and conferences to enhance marketing network and deal flow.

Attend board meetings of portfolio companies.

Monitor the performance of acquired portfolio companies and industry segments.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have;
-
Extensive -market validated- private equity experience, ideally in, or with exposure to,KSA.

Clearly demonstrable experience working on a significant number of deal origination's, executions and profitable realizations.

Strong analytic and finance skills with the ability to perform financial modeling.

An MBA or related advanced degree
-
Saudi or GCC experience and network of contacts.

Strong business management and marketing skills.

Fluency in Arabic would be highly regarded;
