Senior Director Capital Markets GCC

Job Description:-

This exciting new role of Senior Director, Capital Markets, based in Bahrain will work closely with the Global Head of Capital Markets to help drive and support the implementation and execution of Capital Market activities across the GCC.

This is a broad ranging role and you offers the opportunity to;

Duties:

• Identify prospective clients in the GCC region
  

• Participate in and support market development activities, visits & calls to existing clients and or prospects
  

• Research, document and execute preliminary reviews and analysis; market trends, sector, company etc.
  

• Increase our Investment Banks activities in;
  Debt/Equity raising through Sukuk or Syndicated Facility
  Refinancing and capital structuring
  Appraisals & Feasibility studies
  Financial Valuations
  Ratings Advisory for the issuers and issues
  capital markets structured products
  

• Work closely the Capital Markets Team in the GCC to assist in winning and executing new mandates and deliver to clients
  

• Support networking activities with other financial institutions to explore alliances or joint ventures
  

• Syndicating transactions from a debt /equity raising or Sukuk perspective
  

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, it is essential to have;

• 7+ years Capital Markets experience in a major financial institution, consulting firm or transaction teams of a “big 4”
  

• successful track record in winning mandates, closing & executing transactions
  

• relevant educational and Professional qualifications (CA/CPA, MBA, CFA, etc.)
  

• Middle Eastern experience, ideally in KSA, with networks in the GCC
  

• strong marketing skills
  

• strong analytical skills
  

• strong communication & interpersonal skills
  

• fluency in Arabic and in English
