Job Description:-
The Client has received approval from Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) to commence operations in the Kingdom. They will provide the Saudi market with an integrated and comprehensive range of Islamic investment products and services, with the full support and depth of an established Islamic investment bank headquartered in Bahrain.
The client is looking to appoint a Senior Director, Institutional banking, based in Riyadh, to work closely with the Deputy CEO and MD&CEO in Saudi, to drive and support the implementation and execution of our relationship management strategies with financial Institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Duties:

Take responsibility for developing, maintaining and enhancing our relationships with financial institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC.

Responsible for recommending the setting up of limits for financial institutions

Negotiate and arrange limits for us from financial institutions
-
Accompany and assist the geographic placement teams in the placement of deals and other investment proposals
-
Strategic product and distribution development Rwith financial institutions.

Placement of issues including underwriting and syndication arrangements with banks and other financial institutions.
Qualifications:
-
8+ years of relevant experience with regional or international investment and commercial banks, preferably in line management
-
Educational and Professional qualifications (MBA, CFA)
-
Successful track record in institutional banking
-
Successful track record in placement of issues including underwriting and syndication arrangements with banks and other financial institutions
-
Relevant KSA experience and ideally broader plus Middle Eastern experience
-
Strong marketing skills
-
Strong analytical skills
-
Fluency in English
-
Knowledge of Arabic an advantage
