Job Description:-

Our Client is a private multinational group based in Saudi Arabia engaging in industrial services, telecommunication, construction and real estate. The group operates on both a local and international scale with offices in Saudi, London and New York. The investment arm of the group manages a substantial portfolio of Investments in public quoted and private companies in the MENA region as well as regional direct investments and investments in funds.

The group is seeking experienced, professional and highly skilled candidates to join their Private Equity Transactions team focusing on buy-side deal transactions within the MENA region.

The successful candidate will need to have:

• An MBA or Finance qualification from an internationally recognized organization
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a top-tier investment bank
• Private Equity Deal execution experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic

Experience in the MENA region would be advantageous. Interested candidates will need to supply a list with the Private Equity transactions they have been involved in including the sectors, geographical region and their level of involvement for each transaction.
