Job Description:-

Our Client, one of the leading Islamic Investment Banks based in Qatar, is seeking an experienced and skilled candidate to join as Program Management Officer within their Administration Department.  The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage vendor/supplier selection including coordination of the RFP process.
  • Manage the implementation of centralized purchasing.
  • Manager all outsourced vendors and providers
  • Assist Head of Admin to identify cost reduction opportunities, administrative and workflow efficiencies.
  • Support Head of Admin to introduce IT systems in Admin processes.
  • Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned by the Head of Admin.

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • A Graduate degree in Business Administration from an internationally recognized organization
  • A minimum of 5 years experience program management and administration
  • Good organizing, planning and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Innovative and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • Arabic skills would be advantegous
