Job Description:-

Our Client is one of the leading regional Investment Banks based in Riyadh - Saudi. The Bank is seeking an experienced, professional and highly skilled candidate to join as Senior Advisor to the CEO. The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Assist the management in strategy development of the Investment Banking Department.
• Advice the management of the Investment Banking Department on new mandates where necessary and their suitability to the company.
• Advice on the yearly budgeting exercise.
• Assist in the development of new products including its policies and procedures.
• Overlook all financial models prepared and assist in their preparations with the financial modelers.
• Mentoring the junior staff of the Investment Banking Department technically.
• Assist in the development of Pitch Books intended to potential clients.
• Assist deal teams in management of Mergers and Acquisition transaction and all other ECM transaction where necessary.

The Successful candidate should have the following attributes:

• Extensive knowledge of all corporate advisory products and more specifically ECM area.
• Excellent technical knowledge and business understanding of major infrastructure projects and industries.
• Product/Business development, including financial engineering and transaction structuring.
• Very Strong knowledge and skills in financial analysis, risk analysis and mitigation, financial modeling and cash flow analysis.
• International Banking practices and their application
• Knowledge in the business and financial markets environment both globally and in Saudi Arabia.

The Candidate will also need the following Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of banking experience, at least 6-8 years of which should be working in corporate advisory area of a top tier bank.
• Experience in investment banking activities relating to corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity capital markets, strong modeling understanding, valuations, capital restructuring, , divestitures, private placements and public debt offerings.
• Excellent track record in the banking industry
