Job Description:-
Our Client is a leading corporate advisory and investment firm with an extensive record of M&A and advisory transactions across the MENA region.
The firms Head Quarters in Riyadh is seeking experienced, professional and highly skilled candidates to join their Corporate Advisory team focusing on M&A advisory within the MENA region.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage deal execution
- Generate pitching ideas and originate new transactions
- Coordinate company and industry due diligence efforts
- Conduct and review comprehensive valuation analyses
- Manage and train junior members of the team
- Build and maintain client relationships
The successful candidate will need to have:
- A minimum of 5 years Bulge Bracket Investment banking experience
- Successful track record in corporate advisory and transaction services
- Strong background in financial modeling and deal execution.
- An MBA or Finance qualification from an internationally recognized organization
- Relevant Middle East experience would be advantageous
- Strong Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong forward thinker with strategic acumen and hands on experience
Successful candidates will also need to be fluent Arabic speakers. Interested candidates will need to supply a recent transaction list with their application.
