Job Description:-
Our Client is a leading corporate advisory and investment firm with an extensive record of M&A and advisory transactions across the MENA region. The firm offers its investors independent financial advice on a number of their financial issues.
The firms Head Quarters in Riyadh is seeking experienced, professional and highly skilled candidates to join as Investor Relations Managers with a direct responsibility for all aspects of investor relations.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist in the preparation of investor materials
- Coordinate regular and frequent communication with shareholders and analysts to explain the Company’s business strategies and financial results and outlook
- Support chairman, CEO, CFO and other executives in preparing for Board Meetings and other company sponsored events.
- Track industry peer performance and communicate analyses for comparative tracking purposes.
- Ensure all data given to investors and shareholders are accurate and appropriate.
The successful candidate will need to have:
- A minimum of 5 years experience, preferably with a combination of Investor relations, finance and communication
- A Finance, Accounting or Business qualification from an internationally recognized organization
- Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry and capital markets
- Strong analytical, financial and accounting skills to understand the Company’s financial and business results and the ability to interpret the information for the investment community and senior management
- Outstanding interpersonal skills (Arabic and English).
- Strong leadership, management and problem solving skills
