Job Description:-
Our Client is seeking an experienced, professional and highly skilled candidate to head up their Funds Administration and Custody Department.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Drive and implement the regional strategy for all services provided by the company.
- Manage multiple client relationships, anticipate and communicate issues to clients. Ability to "push back" and professionally negotiate with clients when needed.
- Understand business climate and stay abreast of regulatory environment in all regional countries
- Work on the sales side to obtain new clients
- Understand business risks; ensure services offered are appropriately priced and that services being offered can be handled in a controlled manner
- Ultimately responsible for New business Initiatives
- Lead and participate /coordinate clients' Request for Proposal (RFP), including face to face presentations and SLA.
- Work closely with operations team.
- Lead and manage clients due diligence visits.
- Manage services delivery quality, ensuring consistency, and constant improvement to service levels.
- Liaising with multiply financial institutions.
- Previous management experience is essential as it will be required to participate in hiring staff for the company.
The successful candidate will need to have:
- Minimum qualification required a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Min 10 years with 5 years in the global custody business and/or funds services.
- Business minded individual who is a self-motivator, energetic and innovative
- Ability to articulate, formulate and deliver high quality presentations and communicate and all levels of management.
- Mature and well developed leadership
- Strong Appreciation of operations processes and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
