• Act as the liaison officer with CBB and BSE, primarily responsible for monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to the firm and its subsidiaries;
• Communication, coordination and dissemination of relevant regulatory circulars and matters to all departments concerned;
• Assist the MLRO in antimony laundering compliance supervision;
• Corporate governance framework and staff internal code of conduct matters
• Monitoring compliance of various operating departments with Internal Policies and Guidelines, Operational Risk Incident logging and monitoring;
• Act as the central repository of Policy and Procedure Manuals, review new products/ processes and devise appropriate policies, procedures;
• Maintain operational risk registers, incident reporting framework and update the RCSA framework on an annual basis;
• Review and approval of agreements and other contractual documentation received from various departments;
• Support other related areas in Risk Management and Compliance department, such as ICAAP framework, as may be required.

The successful candidate will need to have:

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA etc., PRM, FRM, CFA will be an added advantage
• Minimum five years experience in same field.
• Hands on experience in regulatory compliance function in banks, Basel –II regulation including all the three pillars, AML, operational risk management framework, stock exchange regulations and activities in an investment banking environment
• Able to work as a good team member in a multicultural environment
• Reviewing process workflows to identify controls and risks, drafting new policies and procedures
• Interaction and cordial relationship with the regulators and top management including the Board of directors and its committees
• Incisive analytical capabilities including drafting of concise reports
