Rory Adamson, Managing Director
Rory co-founded Azrek in March 2005 after a 15-year career in high-level finance, risk and audit roles in both the Middle East and the UK. An ex ‘Big Four’ consultant, he has particular experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Rory leads Azrek’s search operations from Bahrain and runs searches across the Middle East on behalf of investment banks, private equity houses, retail banks and other major corporations. He has lived and worked in the Middle East for 10 years and is married to a Bahraini national.

Ian Jones, Managing Director
Ian is one of Azrek’s three founding partners. Previously, he enjoyed a 15-year career in investment banking executive search that culminated in the establishment of his own London-based consultancy. He leads Azrek’s search operations running searches across the Middle East on behalf of the region’s fast-growing real estate industry as well as financial services clients and other leading institutions. Ian has lived and worked in the Middle East for 5 years.

James Kavanagh, Managing Director, HR Consulting
James helped found Azrek after a 30-year consulting career with Price Waterhouse Coopers and other international financial services firms. He now leads Azrek’s HR Consulting practice, giving clients strategic HR advice to help them retain, motivate and manage the leadership talent they have devoted so much energy to attracting. James has lived and worked in the Middle East for 10 years.
